Step 1: Get in Touch and Receive Your Unique Referral Code

If you know someone who is thinking about selling their property, we want to hear from you! Simply email us at sales@ferrarirealestate.co.uk and request a referral code. Once you’ve done that, you can share this code with your friends and family who are interested in selling their home.

When they are ready they will need to contact us via email, our website, or our contact number, and provide the unique referral code you gave them. This ensures that we correctly attribute the referral to you and can track your reward accurately.

Step 2: We Take It from Here

Once your referral gets in touch with us and provides the unique code, we’ll take it from there. Our team at Ferrari Real Estate will deliver our award-winning service, characterised by speed, transparency, and trust. We’ll work diligently to sell their property, leveraging our extensive marketing strategies, including professional photography and videos, drone footage, 360* walk through listing video and more.

*Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Ferrari Real Estate Referral Programme (the “Programme”). By participating in the Programme, you agree to the following rules and regulations:

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Programme is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are residents of the United Kingdom.
1.2 The referred party (the “Seller”) must be a new client of Ferrari Real Estate and not previously registered in our system.

2. Referral Process

2.1 To participate, the referrer (“You”) must request a unique referral code by emailing sales@ferrarirealestate.co.uk
2.2 You must provide this referral code to the Seller prior to their initial contact with Ferrari Real Estate.
2.3 The Seller must provide the referral code at the time of their first contact with Ferrari Real Estate. Failure to provide the code during the initial contact will render the referral ineligible for the Programme.
2.4 The property must be worth £300,000 or more to be eligible.
2.5 The property must be in one of our defined areas of operation, including; Knutsford and its surroundings, extending to Altrincham, Alderley Edge, Hale Barns and Wilmslow.

3. Referral Reward

3.1 A £1,000 reward will be issued to You for each successful referral after the referred Seller’s property has been sold (must be sold for more than £300,000) and the sale has been completed.
3.2 A “successful sale” is defined as the full legal completion of the sale of the referred property, including the exchange of contracts and transfer of ownership.
3.3 The reward will be paid within 30 days of the completion of the sale.
3.4 The reward will be paid via bank transfer to the bank account details provided by You during the referral process.
3.5 There is no limit to the number of referrals You can make, but each referral must be of a different property.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

4.1 Referrals for properties that are already listed or in the process of being listed with Ferrari Real Estate will not qualify for the reward.
4.2 The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other form of compensation.
4.3 If the referred Seller withdraws from the sale or if the property is not sold, no reward will be issued.

5. Changes and Termination

5.1 Ferrari Real Estate reserves the right to modify or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Any changes to the Programme will be effective immediately upon posting on the Ferrari Real Estate website.
5.3 Referrals made prior to the termination or modification of the Programme will be honoured according to the terms in place at the time of the referral.

6. Disqualification

6.1 Ferrari Real Estate reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Programme if fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms and Conditions is suspected.
6.2 In the event of disqualification, any claim to the referral reward will be forfeited.

7. Liability

7.1 Ferrari Real Estate accepts no responsibility for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the Programme.
7.2 The referral reward is subject to any tax obligations in the United Kingdom. Participants are responsible for any tax liabilities incurred through receiving the reward.

8. Data Protection

8.1 By participating in the Programme, You agree that Ferrari Real Estate may collect, store, and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Ferrari Real Estate will use the information collected to administer the Programme and contact You regarding your referral status.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Programme will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
