We worked with Julia at Ferrari in an off-market deal, and I cannot recommend how sharp and reliable she has been. She took calls late into the evening and responded on a weekend, when many brokers would not have called back for 2 days. If I lived locally to Ferrari, I would certainly be using them to sell my properties.
