Absolutely fantastic ! Would highly recommend

The doorbell rang. Probably someone who wanted to sell me something I didn’t want. I was busy & my wife was out. So let’s see what I’m refusing this time. Standing in the pouring rain is a heavily pregnant woman who I had never met previously. What could she possibly want from me. “Hi, I’m Julia Ferrari” So now I knew she’s a car salesperson. “I’m a new estate agent in the area and I wondered why you hadn’t sold your house yet. It’s been on the market for too long” Julia had done some homework and she was correct. We had been ‘on the market’ for over 9 months – no offers. “I have a buyer who is very interested in your house” Julia added. Of course she does!! I wasn’t falling for that. So I sent Julia packing with a pretend promise to call her. But later that day I thought, what have I got to lose. Let’s call Julia’s bluff. 5 weeks later, after receiving the very kind permission of our current agent, Julia met her clients at my home and within a further 2 weeks a sale was agreed. Our transaction is now complete. My wife and I have moved somewhere new and our buyers have moved in. Everyone is happy and I’ve got to say, it’s all down to Julia. When you sell your house there’s a lot of stuff to do before you get to complete. I wasn’t particularly familiar with the majority but Julia certainly was. She literally helped us, every step of the way and I’m sure she was doing the same for our buyers.

Selling your house is most likely the biggest transaction of your life so you need to know that your agent is working hard to get the best offer and to get a sale to completion. Julia Ferrari isn’t a car salesperson!! She is the ‘new kid on the block’ disrupting a market that (IMO) might have become just a bit too reliant on Rightmove. So now it’s your decision. Stay safe with the traditional familiar names and hope for a good result or be bold, call Julia and watch how she dynamically finds you a buyer and you realise the true value of your property!
